Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

Customers have 30 days to return or exchange. Please note that all clearance items are final sale.

To return an item, please start by contacting our customer service team at websales@nativenorthwest.com. Provide your order number as well as the reason for your return. If your order is eligible for a return, our staff will provide you with a return shipping address.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning or exchanging an item. Items must be returned to us in their original condition with all the packaging intact. Once we have received the item and verified its condition, a refund will be applied to the original method of payment. In the case of exchanges, items will be shipped upon receipt and verification of the returned items.

If you are returning an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Damaged Product

Native Northwest stands behind the quality of our products. If you have received a defective or damaged product please send photos of the issue along with your contact information to websales@nativenorthwest.com.

We reserve the right to refund or replace damaged items at our discretion. We appreciate our customers taking the time to let us know about issues with our products.
